An Adventurous Soul
My passion to explore each and every corner of the Swiss Alps through hiking, climbing, running and mountaineering has grown over the years. These activities mean happiness and freedom for me.
My Photography Path
In my early twenties i have got my first DSLR camera, it was an accompanist for 4 years river cruise shipping on european rivers. During these years I mostly photographed architecture and portraits on street. Than in 2014 i visited a photography school in Budapest, in parallel with my knowledge grown the claim to a better equipment. With moving to Switzerland in 2016 my interest changed to the landscape and mountain photography and started to discover the Alps. I have visited a part of the French Alps (Briancon-Ecrins, Chamonix-Mont Blanc), the Italian Alps (Gran Paradiso, Monte Rosa) and the Dolomites. Also a little corner of Austria and Slovenia. But most of the time my beloved Switzerland enjoyed priority.
Since 2017 i entered into different photo competitions and my images have often been selected, prized and published. Here i show you some of them:
Rainy Day At Klöntalersee
The picture of Klöntalersee won the main prize in the Gornergrat Bahn photo competition “Make the second most beautiful reflection in Switzerland”. Sure, the title tells us that the world-famous Matterhorn is most beautifully reflected in a mountain lake. I could just experience it by myself with the prize I won (an overnight in the traditional Riffelhaus) and photograph the mountain of mountains at sunrise. Otherwise, I think it’s great that the people from Valais also recognize the beauty of other regions, such as in Glarnerland.

Luminous Veins
I took the macro photo of a red leaf against the light on an autumn day during my hike on the Stanserhorn. It won 2nd place in the “Makros am Berg” photo competition organized by Alpin Bergmagazin.
The Way To The Säntis
Whether I’m out in the mountains with a professional camera gear or only with my phone, I always try to get beautiful pictures of my hikes. Like this photo from the Alpstein, Appenzell. At the Huawei Mobile Moments Photo Contest, I was not only the category winner (“Green or color”), but also it was given a trip to London.

Since 2021, i have been working on various projects with Wandermagazin Schweiz, based in Solothurn. In 2022, they released a calendar featuring my images, and my photography portfolio was published in their July 2023 issue.
Also in 2023, my first hiking guidebook, Die 88 schönsten Hüttentouren der Schweiz was published by Rothus Medien. My second guidebook, Die 55 schönsten Wanderungen in der Zentralschweiz, was released in 2025 and presented in May at LUGA (Zentralschweizer Frühlingsmesse).
Vision
I have a huge collection of incredible landscape and mountain images, it is definitely hard to select and present only few of them. The favourite elements of mine, the water, snow, ice and fog, are often returning motifs. My goal is to show you panoramic views, telelens photos and macro images in a perfect balance through my portfolio.
With them i would like to invite you to a journey.
